Policies and Stuff
At Four Ladies NeedleArt, high quality Customer Service is our goal. If you have a problem with any product or service, please let us know. However, we do have some guidelines to operate by.
Returns: All returns MUST be accompanied by a receipt. We understand that sometimes we over buy on a project. And most of the time it’s better to have more than not enough. But we must ask that returns on unused yarn be made within 60 days for a cash or credit card refund. After 90 days, approval for return is at the sole discretion of the shop. No returns on clearance items, patterns, or books.
Classes: When you sign up for a class, please make every effort to remember the date and time for the class. We strive to bring you an interesting and full schedule of classes, and hope that we can continue to do so. When students don’t show up, it can mean inconveniences on the part of the teachers who have taken time and effort to prepare for the class. And likewise, we will endeavor to be prepared and on time for the class too!
Cancellation Policy: If the Evansville School Corporation cancels school for any reason, we will likewise cancel classes. We don’t wish to put any customer at risk for a needleart class.
Special Orders: Certain yarns have a “season” and once their time is up they are no longer available. While we would love to always be able to fulfill your requests, there are some items we can no longer obtain. We always suggest you be aware of the yardage of a yarn and the stock on hand when you start a new project. We can restock certain yarns; Cascade 220, Donegal Tweed, Cotton Classic, Plymouth Encore etc. But novelty yarns are here for a season and then gone.
*Internet orders: Although we try our best to maintain an accurate inventory count on our website, there are occasions when you order an ‘in stock’ item on the internet that is ‘out of stock’. We will do our best to fill your order quickly and let you know when to expect shipment.
